Converting a 50s Ranch to an Arts-&-Crafts Bungalow

Our clients owned a nice 1950s ranch house with a traditional front porch. They wanted to convert the appearance of this ranch to an Arts-and-Crafts exterior appearance and add a second floor, as well as alter and add a rear addition to allow them extra space. In the interior, they wanted to modify the kitchen on the Main Level. Particularly, because of a strong Jewish community nearby, they wanted a Kosher kitchen, both so that they might invite friends and for future sales potential, should they ever sell. What a wonderful opportunity!
